That is a nice maintenance fees increase for a two bedroom Villa.

2 bedroom lockoff: $1,697.97 (up $64.84 over 2025)
2 bedroom deluxe: $1,356.89 (up $51.76 over 2025)
1 bedroom premium: $1095.95 (up $35.95 over 2025)
1 bedroom small: $602.02 (up $22.02 over 2025)

I was hoping the fees wouldn't go up more than Palmetto. I guess those updates are going to increase our fees for a while. The updates are nice. Now the 2 bedroom lockoff is closer to Marriott's Willow Ridge and Grand Chateau fees.
