Resorts Owned
Massanutten, Wyndham, WorldMark, Vistana, Marriott Los Sueños, Vidanta, Flora Farms, HGVC Max, and some independents
Looks like they did away with the ability to book open season reservations for guests in the new version of the Club Rules. The pertinent paragraph now reads as follows (emphasis added):

Open Season rental reservations are available to Members for their personal use only. Check-in dates may be restricted. Open Season reservations at different properties for the same or overlapping dates are not permitted. Open Season rental rates are per night and must be paid in full at time of confirmation. From time to time, Open Season windows may be expanded to maximize occupancy, promote select resorts or similar purposes.

Not sure if there are any other changes

Thanks. Can someone give a summary of all of the club rule changes for 2026.

I noticed some legal language change.
"Members agree that their
RIGHTS TO A JURY TRIAL OR COLLECTIVE OR CLASS ACTION ARE WAIVED."

Also ClubPoints required for nightly and weekly stays increased at many resorts. Example
Parc Soleil 1BR Plus 6,720 to 7,360 + 640. Several of the SW Florida have this change too.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen this before.

Can you please double check because I see it as the same for Parc Soleil. I am traveling using a laptop so it is hard for me to compare.

Are you positive about the point changes? In the pdfs I downloaded the Parc Soleil 1 BR+ gold is 6,720.

You are correct. I double checked on my computer and I was off on a line when reading from my phone. No point change. Sorry about that.

That’s wild if HGV points are changing. How can they do that? People already own the deeded points.

I thought the only thing they could do was upfit unsold inventory to a new “tier” and increase the price of those new rooms.

I was incorrect. Looks like they are the same.

I just compared the July 2025 and the January and there isn't a change in points. I don't think that they can change them because they are locked into deeds/contracts

They did add 2026: Now opens 7 months before check-out which we knew but it wasnt in the 2025 rules book.

Also appears that they’ve added a tiered fees structure vs flat fee for everyone. HH point conversion, RCI deposit exc based on ClubPoints owned. Example

In 2025, all owners paid $189 to convert ClubPoints to Hilton Honors, but in 2026, owners with fewer than 22,399 points pay just $159 while those with 44,400 or more pay $174.

The fee schedule still shows the complimentary fees for Elite Premier... Good that they haven't removed that yet to focus on Max

Booking fee for non elite legacy members has jumped up to $81.

Ugh...we make, at least, 10 reservations per year so that would be, at least, $800... Just to make reservations per year..ugh. Glad that we have EP so we don't have to pay that. That cost saving offsets a CL 1 bed plat MF each year

When I tried to use that last year, they balked at it and said NO. That wording change was in error. They denied allowing me to use open season for a guest. A think a few here on TUG got it done very early in the year, but it was not available by April.

So that wording change is no surprise.
