2026 calendar for Week 4

I was expecting week 4 Beach House points to go live today but we didn't get them. Maintenance fees were paid. Does anyone know the date for week 4 or how to access the files. I didn't see 2026 in the files . Thanks. The week we want is sitting there so hoping we can figure this out

Even though our week started Jan 25, points came in midnight the following day. I posted the same question on the Facebook forum and was told this was a new change.

Yes I luckily was able to get the week I wanted an early Aug week in Breckenridge . Fees are somewhat around 2200 or 2300 ,I'll have to look up the exact amount. Its our only 2200 pt week as others we own at Pinion Point are 2000 and 1880, though we appreciate the lower MFs there

According to this ebay listing, the Beach House maintenance fee appears to be $2416.62.

Although my sale of a Hyatt Windward Pointe (as you probably know, also in Key West) was recorded in county records last November, Hyatt had not yet changed its ownership records. Hence, I got the bill and, as I recall, it was between $2000 and $2100. So Beach House does indeed appear to have a bit higher annual MF.

The Beach House fees were increased for a 3 year period due to the construction costs to replace all the exterior walkways, stairs, etc. I believe BH used some of their reserves and borrowed the rest to pay for the work.
