2025 maintenance/HOA fee increase

How much did the 2025 maintenance/HOA fee for your timeshare resort increase in both percentage and dollar amount from the 2024 rate?

Would you mind mentioning the name of the resort you own at, also?

There are too many resorts to name in this thread and will be unnecessarily repeating information that we have already posted. I strongly suggest that you go to each sub-forum, Marriott, Hilton etc and you will find details that you are looking for. We are all reporting the increases in the respective maintenance fee thread in each sub-forum.

Ummm, excuse me, but there are numerous resorts that are not included in the sub-forums you mentioned. There are many self-managed or managed by management companies that are not included in these sub-forums.

For example, The maintenance fee increases from $1350 for $1819 for the Cliffs Club in Kauai. Which sub-forums did you mention that address the increase for Cliffs Club in Kauai?

Also, isn't it convenient to see the maintenance/HOA fee increase in one thread without going to many sub-forums?

If you can be specific that you only want information for non-chain MF, then you need to say so. It is not indicated in either of your 2 earlier posts, post #1 and #3. Instead of posting under "exchanging timeshare" thread, you could post your request under "All Other Timeshare Systems".
