2025 HGVC Maintenance Fees and Budget Reports

The Assessment Billing Notices are being sent out via email. You can obtain the resort budget from this email. I haven't received any of these emails myself but I know that Elara bHC has. When you do get this Assessment Billing Notice email, you will be able to access the budget report for your resort. Below is an example (but of course, we want 2025 MFs).

From the budget towards the end will be the MFs (below is an example from Kings Land's budget) for all of the room sizes at your resort. Please report the various room sizes not previously reported. You can also just send me your budget report via PM, and I will figure it out.

I have also changed the color scheme on our 2025 MF Sticky for the Resorts titles to make it easier to tell if we are missing MFs for that resort. If the resort is bold black, we are missing MFs for that resort. If the resort is grey, then we have all of the MFs for that resort. Below is example:

Thank you so much for your kind words. I saw early on that we needed something to tell HGVC buyers (which included myself) which resorts had the best MFs. It is my pleasure to assist the HGVC community in this way. I certainly couldn’t do it without all of the wonderful HGVC TUG members. We truly have the best members which makes my job easy. I also have learned so much from everyone.

I found all of the domestic HGVC budget reports. So when the budget reports are posted, I can post the MFs for that resort (except for FL properties because the Real Estate Taxes are not listed in the budget reports). That leaves me with getting information such as budget reports for the foreign resorts such as The Crane, Borgo alle Vigne, Coylumbridge, Craigendarroch Suites, Craigendarroch Lodges, & La Pacifica.
