2025 combined MF annual assessment statements

Has anyone seen or heard when we are going to get these?

I looked online in Paymentus, and of course I can find nothing.

It can be found in paymentus in the
Statement History area.

Nov 16, 2024 = 2025 annual statement
Nov 18, 2023 = 2024 annual statement

Mine just came a few days ago. I’ve never been able to find it in Paymentus.

Mine for National Harbor came last week in the mail. My Paymentus has never listed anything relevant either

I don't know if some people just don't have it or if it's just buried, but the steps are thus:

Statement History
Choose your main member number account (mine is at the bottom of a long list of contract numbers)
Find the date that's not like the others

It doesn't have the additional inserts to the mailing, but it does have the account-specific page with new maintenance fees.

Wow, surprise, my MFs in total when up 0.31%.

I had 3 of my 5 contracts actually have a reduction in MF over last year. Biggest increases were Bonnet Creek and the actual program fees.

Yeah, the Bonnet Creek increase was a bit of a kick in the pants.

Only a three cent increase, cents not percent! Takes the sting out of the big increase from 2023 to 2024

yeah that was a big one, which is why I am pleasantly surprised that three have actually done down.
