I still have not received my Pinon Pointe maintenance fees. There was a notice in my dashboard that my 2024 MFs were $140 and I paid that, but clearly that is wrong. I'm also interested to know what the 2024 MFs are for Kaanapali 1BR and 2BR units, if anyone has that info.
