[ 2023 ] Ownersaccommodation.com

I'll answer RX8's question.

The shelf life for complaints in BBB is 36 months. So, anything filed on this day will stay on that business profile until 2027. Conversely, any complaints filed against a business on this date in 2021 would fall off their record today. While complaints may not be publicly available any more, they are archived in our system and remain with the profile inside the BBB system. So, the complaint activity that led to the F rating for the business in 2019 has aged out. If we confirm a business is no longer in operation, the business grade moves to an NR (no rating) and we put a label on the page to alert the public that the business is no longer in operation.

Hope that helps.
Learned something new. Thanks for sharing!

Anyone ever heard of ownersaccommodation.com ? They say that I have several unused Getaways at Interval International that they can rent out. I'm not about to give them any information, but they said that they find weeks for corporate events and back end them through Interval.
Which can cause you to lose your account, if/when II sees you doing this. But don't worry ownersaccommodation.com will just take your money and run.

It's kind of a mute point now but Owners Accommodation is absolutely a rip off. Gave them a little over $2K and never even saw a whiff of a return. When you call its nothing but excuses until finally the phone is completely shut down. I thought about reporting them to the Florida State Congressman in their district but then I realized it's, uh, Florida. Just chocked it up to a costly lesson; don't pay anyone any money up front for anything.

another example of why these scams are so prolific :(

You should file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General. Owners Accommodation is a legal entity and according to state filings, the person behind the company is Joseph M. Begala. If enough people who were scammed filed complaints the AG office just might go after these scammers.

The BBB posted an alert:
“In October, 2025, BBB began investigating Owners Accommodation Inc.'s business practices. This investigation was prompted by the volume of complaints, customer reviews, and consumers having a difficult time getting responses from the company, including issues with the phone number listed on their website. BBB contacted Owners Accommodation Inc. in October, 2025. As of March 6, 2026, there has not been a response.”

My guess is that Joseph M Begala is in process of starting a brand new “company” to start stealing from victims
