Can someone post the 2023 HVC rules in pdf format? And it would also be great if someone could highlight any rule changes. Thanks

The kept the DRI calendar style (the II calendar). They didn't switch to the RCI calendar style that HGVC follows.

In II calendar, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are related.
Each week depends of the first Friday of the year. Saturday and Sunday follow the Friday date.

In RCI calendar, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are independent.
Friday of each week depends of the first Friday of the year. Same thing for Saturday and Sunday. Both depend of their respective first day of the year.

Is there a separate document for HgvMax (DRI side)? Of maybe I missed it.
Yes.
Somebody posted the 2022-2023 pdf on TUG some weeks ago but I don't remember who did it and in which thread.
Maybe he will post the 2023-2024 one day

Raintree, Diamond (bought by Hilton), Shell (bought by Wyndham), Sheraton (bought by Marriott), Palace Resorts, a few independants
Almost all affiliated resorts have been removed from the directory.
Sadly was expecting this, Hilton canceling all affiliate agreements DRI made. Loved the European ones, are they all gone now? Wonder what will happen to DRI European CollectIon members.

Resorts of the European Collection are not affiliated resorts. They are HVC managed resorts and they are still in The Club like all resorts of the other Collections (US, Hawaii, California and Cabo Azul Resort).

There are still some affiliated resorts in Europe, Mexico and USA in The Club but less than the DRI era and all those in Asia, Africa, Australia, Canada, Caribbeans and Central & South America are gone.

Grand Pacific, Raintree (RVC), VI, Pestana resorts will be a miss I think even if the availability was very low, the number of points was reasonable at most of them.

Many affiliated resorts are not a big loss because they cost too many points or they were mandatory all inclusive ($$$ fee).

This one is still there but the number of points is way too high. A real joke.

Darn, sad to find out those DRI affiliates are gone, i loved the worldwide reach. At the start of covid i used DRI points to scramble for housing at VI Whistler because i couldn't get home ... and ended up moving permanently I liked it so much.
