Not for how I'm going to use it. It would depend what you wanted to do with it, obviously, but the "3 room premium" (a 2 bedroom unit) I booked for peak season in London is 40 points per night. So 60 points per year is really only 1.5 nights in that unit. Many of the resorts/units are a lot less than that though, and it was easy to rent the extra points I needed as part of the reservation process. (120 points per year max)
I really like how long the points are good for - I'm not going to go to Europe every year, so I'm planning on treating this more like a triennial. Save the points up and take a bigger trip every 3 years or so.
