Has anyone purchased from this company on eBay?
I did a search on Tug and all I come up with is people involved with the company in having them sell their contracts.

I’m looking for folks you have bought from them.

Thanks In Advance

This does not bowed well for the company. No Tuggers have boughg from this company?
These “companies” change their name so frequently so who knows. I’ve spoken to the same broker after contacting 3 different companies.

Hi @jules54 , They are an exit company that has been around since 2015. There is an interesting complaint at the BBB in which Timeshare Clearinghouse charged almost $7000. The timeshare owner claims all Timeshare Clearinghouse did was to write a letter to Shell stating that they wanted to cancel and the owner did all the paperwork. Timeshare Clearinghouse’s response to the complaint was that the owner purchased a “travel program” for $7000 and that getting them out of the timeshare was “free”. Sounds like a sleezy way to do business.

I assumed they were an exit company. I’m looking to buy a resort contract from them for 1.00 with them paying all c,o sing and transfer fees. I already own at the resort and understand the program and the value of the contract to me.
I did read all the BBB complaints. Nothing about anyone buying from them only about folks wanting to get rid of contracts.

If it were me, I'd risk the $1.00. Might take a little time and attention for the transfer to go through, but it's just a dollar.

The only problem is do you want to be strung along for months and months without really knowing what's going on? Not saying that will happen but it could happen......

.

I bought a Sheraton timeshare from them on June 25 and the deed got recorded on Aug 10 and sent to Vistana for transfer. Haven't received word that it's been transferred yet. They weren't the fastest but have had no problem with them. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I’d

I’d give Vistana a call just after 30 days. Normally they transfer pretty quickly, but they have been known to have glitches where it won’t show up in an existing account or send out notifications for new accounts.

I purchased one for $11.50 in August. I am new to this and sure it will be a learning experience. So far from my understanding I am waiting for them to receive and send me the deed to sign. Not sure of the exact steps for the process. I was told because of of COVID-19 it could take as long as 6 months.

If you're the buyer, you don't sign the deed but would sign a contract. The seller signs the new deed.

Thanks for the information. I went back and read my email which stated they were getting the paperwork together and preparing a new deed to be sent to the courthouse for recording. They will then send a copy to sign and send back along with a form called RCI MTA which will be sent to the resort and RCI to inform them of new ownership. I think I will give them a call to clarify this in a way I understand it completely.

I agreed to purchase a timeshare from them after I won a bid on eBay. I noted then (didn't do my due diligence) that they'd had only six sales on eBay. I did get a note from him asking him for my information to draw up a contract. Didn't hear anything back and started a bit of research. Then I finally discovered email from him in my spam folder. After reading some negatives on the BBB, contemplating the fact that his correspondence went into spam, and the oddities of their website, I told them I was cancelling. I anticipated getting flac, but they simply cancelled the purchase with eBay.

TBH, this actually a decent review for them. They sent you an email requesting information but due to issues with email, they did not get a response. They allowed you out of a purchase no questions asked.

I am interested in one of their offerings and talked to the owner just now. Seem to be a nice enough fellow. Will see how it goes.
