Title Transfer Cost: Paid by Purchaser. I use LT Transfer. Normal fees are around $225.

It's a great trader in II and RCI. Trades as a 1bd. I have only used in II when unable to use or rent.

1-52 floating is Gold Plus. Advantage is you can reserve any home week 1-52. Disadvantage is slight decrease in trading power to Platinum Plus season (though with Plat Plus you can only reserve in plat plus season as home week).

I own both Gold Plus and Plat Plus. The trading power difference is extremely slight in my trading power testing. This is a very generous offer by SteelerGal... I'm sure it will go fast as these trade pretty well in II.

Great week for a giveaway. It's a great trader. I actually have mine rented for next year, reserved spring training and got a good profit using Koala.

I own both as well and confirm there is a some diffrence, but it is minimal. The gold plus trades very well in II. I recently traded the small 1 bedroom gold plus for a 2 bedroom Sheraton Steamboat in peak ski season. I would grab this if I didn't already own 3 SDOs

Is this still available? I'm interested.
