Bumping this, as I'm looking at a summer week here. As I understand, summer is all fixed week/fixed unit. I'm also looking to get a copy of a recent HOA budget and financials.

To answer my own question, they are all fixed.
I'm in the process of closing on a week 27. It includes 4th of July some years, and Red, White and Blues Pensacola Beach air show. I'm pretty stoked with the find!
