2 TUG FB Users Default w No Credit Decreases

One default was for resort Capitol Resorts. Another default was for a Vacation Villages resort

Numbers so far are out of 18 MF defaults as reported on TUG, 3 got reported to credit agencies. Out of 6 Mortgage defaults as reported on TUG, 3 got reported to credit agencies

vacation village does not, and there are a TON of owners trying to dump those ownerships for $1

Maybe Vacation Village needs to get with the times unless they prefer defaults and being forced to take them back anyway.

If you go in the BBB site and read their canned responses to angry owners, many of them are defaulted owners. In my view, their reputation would climb considerably if they had a deedback program.
