2 identical deeds. Better to keep old one or new one?

Hi everyone. I own 2 identical deeds at the Boulevard. I am going to sell one and keep one. One of them was originally bought in 2011 and the other was originally bought in 2017. I bought both on resale 2 years ago. Which one is better to keep? The only difference between the 2 that I can think of would be the original purchase price that was paid buy the original buyer. I am guessing the one sold in 2017 had a higher original purchase price than the one sold in 2011. So I should keep the 2017 one and sell the 2011 one? Is there any reason to keep the older one or am I correct in my thinking? Thanks!

Maybe keep the newer one. Your trade in value is based on the original purchase price so, if you wanted to trade it in, it would get more.... And still pay too much..
