These are highly demanded Week 7 and week 8 intervals. Use, trade, rent or let the resort rent - these weeks always sell out.
First use and maintenance fee is 2019. 2019 fee, including tax, is $1,150 per unit.
Closing to be handled by LT Transfers at NO COST to the Buyer if you take both weeks.
