2 bedroom oceanfront at Pono Kai (Kauai)

Usage begins in 2026. Book one year in advance and choose the unit you want. We have always gotten the unit we want (ground floor oceanfront) but they also have a 2 bedroom plus loft that we have booked when we need more room. Trades well in II. We have traded for Marriott Ko Olina, Marriott Waiohai and Marriott Maui Ocean club with this unit. Maintenance approximately $1800. Annual usage.

Yes, it is a 1-52 week float. New owner to pay closing costs. You can reserve one year in advance but can deposit and trade prior to paying maintenance fees. We booked a week for February 2025 (back in February 2024), deposited it into II and traded it for a 2 bedroom at the Marriott Maui Ocean Club in September 2024. We did not pay the maintenance fees for that week until December 2024. That is why first usage is 2026 because we have already used the 2025 week.
