Of the 19 only 2 are available in my market. I don't drink hot chocolate, but my wife does. She's started drinking the hot chocolate mix that's available at Aldi's. Likes it better than Swiss Miss and much cheaper.

Are any of these Hot Cocoa Mixes sold at Costco, Fresh Market or Trader’s Joes?

We do not drink Hot Cocoa because of the large amount of sugar in their serving.

My local (regional) grocery store chain H-E-B sells their own hot chocolate and Iove it. I accidentally bought The Keurig cup H-E-B hot chocolate but I don’t have a Keurig machine. So, always take the cups with me when I go to the kids dentist/orthodontist since they have a Kerrigan machine.

$3,50 per serving for the #1 on the list. I like Ghirardelli and have a bunch of cans of the mix, which you put into milk. I cannot really drink that and maintain my weight, so it sits, most of it unopened. I bought it at World Market, which is very close to my house, when I didn't really drink much coffee. Thus, weight gain that I had to lose. But cocoa wasn't the only culprit.

Rick will occasionally drink a cup of cocoa. He doesn't drink coffee or tea. He is a cocoa kind of guy. Eventually, that cocoa will be gone. It will take a while.

I make my own mix. Cocoa powder, sweetener to my taste, nondairy creamer (tho I usually skip that and dump the mix into milk, more filling/satisfying).

I noticed that the #3 rated one was like .80 cents./cup and #2 & #1 cost over $4.00. When I run out of Swiss Miss, I'll go for the Ghirardelli. We aren't big hot cocoa drinkers, but on a cold, wintry day, I've been known to stir an envelope into my coffee.

I used to work across the street from Jacques Torres in Manhattan. That cocoa was like crack.

Yeah, mocha rocks!

I'm somewhat disappointed that they didn't include:
Lindt Patisserie Milk Hot Chocolate Mix ($5.49-5 pkts).
But I agree that Ghirardelli is a decent fall-back.
