I have a week 29 4br and a week 29 2br Regal Vistas. I’m thinking I may not need both anymore since we just did the big extended family vacation there this year and we are going to be exploring other locations for a variety in the future.

Anybody have any idea what the 4br’s are going for these days? I am considering selling it and trying to figure out if it’s worth selling or keeping.

I'll give you a dollar for it....

Is this 178K annual RCI points? What is the maintenance fee?

The Grandview 122K units usually sell for a couple grand, so this might be worth more than $1.

I may gladly take it for $1000. Not sure about pricing. Good luck with the sale though.

I would add a little bit to how much I purchased it for. But that’s me; always going the not profit route.

$1305. Better mf/points ratio than the 122k Grandview

Grandview 122k units are $7.46 per thousand RCI points
This 178k Regal Vista is $7.33 per thousand RCI points

I think grandview can go for 2000, then 178k go with 2500 will be a great deal since savings of buying only one deed.

Although I think we should also conside future MF growth %. [Political comment removed]

I would list it for not less than $3.5k or so. They are rare. Someone may take it for close to that. But if you want to move it quick, you will need to sell for less.

If you are selling to me, $1k sounds good.

My guess is we may see a rash of timeshares start selling between now and early next year. It is abt that time with MFs coming out now, and it seems like this is a year where inflation will be especially felt.
