154,000 Every Odd Year Wyndham Smoky Mountain Points - free. You pay the $299 Wyndham transfer fee. I'd like Lisa Short from Legal Timeshare Transfers for deed preparation/filing. I'll cover the deed preparation/recording fees.

This timeshare is paid off and deeded. Account is are up to date. Usage starts in Jan 2013 but points can be borrowed starting January 2012.

Contract Type: Undivided Interest - Odd Year (UDI)

Annual Fee: $380.38

Great deal considering RCI membership fee is included already.

This contract is still available. I received multiple offers for taking over the contract if I also pay the $299. I'd like to wait for better offer.

The maintenance fee is collected monthly at $31.7 per month.
