My parents paid this off long ago but they are no longer able to use it. It is based at Summer Bay Orlando, which is 8 miles from Disney World but points can be used at resorts throughout the US, Caribbean and Central America. Every odd year 136 EXPO points are earned, with unused points automatically carrying over through the next year. After the transfer is complete, all 136 EXPOS from 2025 are available for you to use until the end of 2026!

Here are a few examples of places you could book in 2026 with 136 points:
Sedona, AZ 7/2-7/10
Honolulu 12/10-12/18
New York City 7/12-7/17
Park City, UT 1/27-2/1 (During the Sundance Film Festival!!!)
Breckenridge, CO 2/20-2/27
Orlando, FL 10/2-10/9
The Poconos, PA 8/8-8/14
Pigeon Forge, TN 4/10-4/17
Daytona Beach, FL 1/23-1/30
Playa del Carmen, Mexico 2/12-2/26

My parents already paid the 2026 maintenance fee of $1352.50. There was an $88 special assessment that they also paid. They will cover closing costs and a LT Transfers will facilitate the transfer so that everything goes smoothly. In January 2027, the maintenance fee is due and you will get another 136 points to spend.

Hi! I'm not sure I understand. The timeshare isn't a fixed week so it isn't really a matter of trading. Basically, you can reserve wherever you want, whenever you want, assuming you have enough expo points and it's available. The places I listed were all available at the time and took 136 or less expo points. Please let me know if I'm misunderstanding your question. Thanks for your interest. And I'd be happy to send you more info where you could look at expo charts for various locations, etc.
 
Actually, it's still available. They buyers were already Exploria members and trying to add this to their existing points. However, they couldn't get the details in writing from Exploria in terms of it only being a small portion of the full maintenance fee since they were adding it on. Back on the market it goes!

the existing expo points probably wouldnt transfer with the deed, but if I am wrong let me know.
 
They transfer if it is written into the Transfer Paperwork. They don't automatically transfer, but Exploria's Title Services told us to write it on a specific line which we will do. It will also be in the initial purchase agreement.
 
The 136 EXPOS can be transferred for free to RCI if you want to use them past 2026...

—We’ll pay all transfer costs and $1000 to you when Exploria verifies it’s transferred into your name. Closing and transfer to be handled by LT Transfers.

—It is completely paid off. The 2026 annual maintenance fee of $1352.50 has been paid.
—You get 136 EXPO points every ODD year at 40 locations (17 states plus Mexico and the Caribbean). Deposit Expos to RCI for many more destinations.
—My parents no longer travel so all 136 Expo points from 2025 are available for you to use upon transfer through Dec 31, 2026. You can also extend their use for 2 years by depositing the Expos into RCI.
—You’ll get 136 more EXPOs in January 2027 since it is an odd year.
—Maintenance will be due in January 2027
—The home resort is at Villas by Summer Bay Orlando but you have access to other locations just as easily as your home resort.
— Usage charts in the Member Guide show how many days you can stay at various locations depending on time of year and number of guests.
