Interesting. Please go to Cruise Critic website and read some of Princess Cruise Lines reviews and then read Cruise Critic ranking of Best Cruise Lines in various categories.
 
I did a Princess' Alaska cruise-tour a few years ago.
Recently, I did a 15-day Princess Panama Canal cruise.

To me, they've slipped... clearly not #1 (dunno who is).
I'd rank 'em even w-Holland America + Royal Caribbean.

I was rather surprised Princess ranked #1. But who is that source? TheTravel.com? Never heard of them.
