1/17/24 Hilton Grand Vacation closes on Bluegreen Purchase.

Today we are starting a new chapter for Hilton Grand Vacations and Bluegreen Vacations.
As of this morning, I’m excited to share that we have completed our acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations, further enhancing our vision as the premier vacation ownership and experiences company to provide our Owners and Members with the most options possible. Together, we now have more than 700,000 Members and a combined portfolio of nearly 200 resorts, worldwide.
To our Bluegreen Vacations Members, we want to welcome you to the Hilton Grand Vacations family. Our commitment to you is our top priority, and I want to highlight some of the key things you can expect from us in the coming months:

What You Can Expect​

• More Destinations: As we integrate Bluegreen Vacations into the HGV family, our goal is to enhance your vacation options. Be on the lookout for more information about these exciting destinations in the future, which may include urban markets like New York City and Washington, D.C., beach spots in the Caribbean and Hawaii, and sought-after destinations around the world like Tenerife, Sesoko and Los Cabos.
• More Experiences: We also look forward to inviting Bluegreen Vacations Members to join us at our many HGV Ultimate Access events in the future. This unique experiential platform features sports events, private concerts and unique culinary experiences created just for our Members and Guests.
• Commitment to Your Vacation Ownership: We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition, and at this time both companies will continue to operate independently. Access to your Bluegreen Vacations resorts will not change, and you will continue to enjoy these as you do now. I also want to emphasize that we remain dedicated to safeguarding the value of your existing ownership.
• Commitment to Excellence: Hilton Grand Vacations and Bluegreen Vacations are both dedicated to creating exceptional travel experiences and are guided by our core values of acting with excellence, integrity and trust. As a combined business, we’ll remain committed to providing our Owners, Members and Guests the exceptional service and world-class travel experiences they’ve come to expect from us.

"Our website is out of service for maintenance"
these companies .............. must be name-changing stuff right now in the middle of the day .....

1. Will the acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations affect Owners and Members?
   Your vacation ownership and access rights stay the same. Owners and Members also will continue to have access to their existing resort exchange and/or membership programs.
2. Will HGV resorts become available to Bluegreen Vacations Members?
   We are currently evaluating how to provide Bluegreen Vacations Club Members with access across the larger portfolio. Details will be shared at a later date.
3. Will I be able to merge my ownership interests now that the acquisition has closed?
   Each company’s vacation ownership interests cannot be merged. Also, access to your timeshare will stay the same.
4. Will the terms of my current timeshare ownership change? Will my 2024 fees go up due to the acquisition?
   Your vacation ownership remains the same and you will continue to make reservations the same way you do now. There will be no changes to any 2024 membership dues, maintenance fees or management charges because of the acquisition.
5. Will I be able to transfer my existing timeshare ownership to Hilton Grand Vacations?
   Each company’s vacation ownership interests cannot be transferred. Access to your timeshare will stay the same.
6. Will HGV buy my Bluegreen Vacations timeshare now that the acquisition has closed?
   HGV is unable to buy any timeshares from Bluegreen Vacations Members. Access to your vacation ownership will stay the same.
7. Will Bluegreen Vacations continue to sell timeshare products?
   Bluegreen Vacations will continue to sell its timeshare products as it does today. When new membership products become available in the future, we’ll be sure to communicate these with you.

1. Will the acquisition impact inventory availability?
   You will continue to access available inventory the same way you do now. To access inventory that is not owned or managed by Bluegreen Vacations, you will need to do so through an exchange program. We are currently evaluating how to provide Bluegreen Vacation Club Members with access across the new, larger portfolio. Details will be shared at a later date.
2. Will Bluegreen Vacations resorts be available to book through rental sites like Hilton.com or DiamondResortsandHotels.com?
   For the time being, Bluegreen Vacations resorts will continue to be available for rental reservations in the same way they are now.

1. Will HGV retain the Hilton brand following the acquisition?
   Hilton Grand Vacations will remain one of Hilton’s many brands. The Hilton values and standards are cornerstones of our business.
2. Will Bluegreen Vacations resorts meet HGV’s brand standards?
   HGV plans to rebrand the majority of Bluegreen Vacations resorts into the HGV family of brands over a phased, multi-year period. We will communicate details about rebranding efforts as they are finalized. Please rest assured that ownership rights and access will not change once a property is rebranded. Timeshare ownership contracts will remain the same, and Owners and Members will continue to make reservations the same way they do now.

1. How will I be notified of upcoming changes?
   As details are finalized, we will communicate with Owners and Members to keep you informed along the way. HGV will leverage existing communication channels, including updates via email, your Member website and announcements in your Member newsletter.

   As details are finalized, we will communicate with Owners and Members to keep them informed. If you need to speak to someone today, please call your membership program for more information.

Will HGV and Bluegreen Vacations remain separate publicly traded companies?
Once the acquisition closes, Bluegreen Vacations will become part of Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. HGV will continue to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol “HGV.”

I am not trying to log in. I am a non-owner trying to consider a resort. "Our website is out of service for maintenance"

I misunderstood. When you said you got the email I assumed you were a BG owner.
