Looks like we are going to be 0 for 4 on our Bluegreen waitlist requests. Of course one of the reasons we bought new points was to have a better shot at getting into some of the resorts during prime time. We are Silver so I am guessing we are getting trumped by the Platinum and Gold. The other thing is we are often looking for weekends so maybe we are getting trumped by those looking to book at least several days prior to the prime weekend. Their booking window would open before ours. That may be my next strategy - booking more than I want and then cancelling what I don't need?

Another thing I noted about the waitlist. You call in and put your name down but never hear a thing more. You would think it would be set up to send an automated response - either your week was booked or sorry, your week was not booked. Instead you just look and see the points are still there - so no booking.

Can you please tell the rest of the Bluegreen owners what resorts you are having trouble wait listing?
