I am offering a FREE transfer of my Hilton Grand Vacations ownership:
• Kalia Tower, 1-Bedroom Unit (Biennial / Odd Years)
• Maintenance fee for 2025 has already been paid
• I will also cover the 2026 maintenance fee upfront
• Transfer fee (title change fee) will be paid by me
• Points for 2025 are unused and available

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to enjoy a Hawaii getaway at a well-located property near Ala Moana, without upfront costs.

You didn't include the MF and when they are due. Anyone taking over a unit wants to know that info.

The annual maintenance fee (MF) for 2025 is $2,010.74, and it has already been paid.

The 2026 annual fee will be due on December 31, 2025, and I will cover this as well.

It’s 2k every year for an every other year 1 bedroom for 1 week? Something doesn’t seem quite right about that unless it is for 2 weeks?

The unit is a 1-Bedroom in the Kalia Tower, and it is part of the Platinum Season(1week) at Hilton Grand Vacations.

As for the points, the total for this property is 9,920 points for the biennial (odd year) usage, with 2025 points unused and available for booking.
 
The year of non use should be club dues only, no unit maintenance fee.
