“Time To Share” Realty

Has anyone purchased through Time to Share in St Petersburg, Fl? Melissa Dann is very accommodating but hard to find info about the company? Not a part of BBB. Help?

@Goducks10 Looks like they are a DBA for MASTERPIECE REALTY OF TAMPA BAY INC. That company has a broker license per the state of Florida and records show that Time to Share Realty is a DBA. Melissa Dann has an active broker license as well.

Of course, scammers are known to use legit names in their scams but they usually do it as a buyer, not seller. Just be sure that you are contacting them through their publicly listed phone numbers, website and email addresses (no gmail accounts) and you should then be dealing with a legit company.

I look at scams often so you might be able to tell I am a bit jaded.

I dealt with Melissa for a Marriott purchase about a year ago. Although I lost it to ROFR, I had no poblem working with her.
