    David Walley's timeshare

    I got a bargain deal to buy David Walley's timeshare ,2br/2ba for $1100 (including closing cost and fees) for annual one week usage. Maintenance fee is $739 / year. Wanted to know if its a good timeshare. My major concerns are: Its acquired by Holiday Inn so not sure if its good or bad, also not...
