    If LT Transfers does the re-deeding process in a timeshare resale, who can I contact to handle the escrow aspects and sale contract, if needed?

    Buying a Hyatt week resale.

    I am buying a timeshare week from current owner. In the past in other purchases I used Amerifirst Title but they are not cheap. Any recommendations on Escrow and Title companies well versed in timeshare sale and purchase that are reasonable? Thanks in a Vance for any replies!!

    We found a buyer for our timeshare. Does anyone have any help on how to proceed? Exchange of money ( not much) and deed ( we own our timeshare)? I will look into LT Transfers tomorrow, but is there anything else I should be looking at? Thank you for any suggestions.
