    DRI Transition program getting more expensive and complex

    The other day I contacted Diamond Resorts International with questions on how to apply for their so called Transition Program (deed buy back). I am trying to get rid of our Nov. 2-9 week at Polo Towers. We meet all the requirements but they will not take our application until after our 2018 week...

    Why no "deed-backs?"

    Can someone please explain to me why a resort like Orange Lake would not jump at the opportunity to get my (paid-off) deed back free of charge, so they could turn around and resell it? I do not understand why they are so against this. Thank you, Matt
