Quiet Day at the Pool Today

For the last few days, the trade winds have been nonexistent. We had to run a fan in the condo for the last couple days which is rare for us here. But today, someone must have flipped the switch and the trade winds returned.

It was a beautiful morning to head to the pool. It was really quiet there so we enjoyed a peaceful quiet swim and sat out and enjoyed the sun for a bit.

The canoe race from Molokai to Oahu was going on this weekend so maybe people were in town but it has been quiet for the last few weeks.

Up in the hills. We get more here on the East side than anywhere else. It's been cloudy most of the evening.

I had friends arrive on Maui on a cruise ship and they went up Haleakala today. They sent me this picture.

I think it depends on how the attachment is done. I always use a laptop browser and just drag and drop an image and it shows up as an image. Did you attach from mobile?

It was a big selling point when we bought here. It really only gets busy in January and February too. Even though the pool is pretty cold then. Lol

Yes. The original attachment was on an iPad. I tried going back and deleting the attachment and adding the picture from my Macbook, but it came out the same. I have previously posted pictures with no problems, but I did that from my Mac. I'll try again in this post. The picture shows inline in the post. No luck...

When I add a picture while using my phone, a Samsung S25, I click on attach Files and then choose my picture.

Then when the picture is loaded, I click on Insert.

Then I click on Full Image and then the picture is loaded in the message. That's how it has always worked for me. I only post from my phone.
