I have been an owner for 15 years. We stayed in the north resort this past week, usually we stay in south. Very disappointing in the over all conditions of things. I know they are doing exterior updates which are needed but the interior needs maintenance and updates as well. Super disappointed!

We were there over the Summer for 3 weeks. We stayed in a 1 Bedroom OV and a studio OF. Bothe unit were in Good condition. Blds 7&8.

Just got back from building 8 north. We saw the construction going on but it wasn't that significant. The cleaning staff has really improved. We had weeks of different people and out of all, only one did a "regular" job. The others were outstanding. This was the biggest difference for us. Office staff was excellent as always. It will be interesting to see how Lahaina proceeds.

We just stayed there last month, and I thought it was pretty nice, except the carpet in the hallways needed cleaning. The inside of the unit was great.

We stayed in North Building 5 in May. No complaints. It was better maintained than we've seen it in the past.

Even better customer service and housekeeping than before, During Covid we were lucky to get someone to stop by and pick up our trash outside the door.
