Two Grandview Las Vegas RCI Points contracts:

61K ODD MF $237.50/yr. Sunday Grand 4 bi-annual odd
49K ANNUAL. MF $475/year. Friday Grand 5 annual

I'm hoping to rehome these together but would be glad to part with the 49K Annual on it's own.

Great way to get started in or add to RCI Points. Combined MF fees of $712.50 annually for both contracts would get you 49K points in even years & 110K points in odd years.
Buyer to pay resort transfer fee ($250 each) and closing costs (recommend LT Transfers).
Ownership to begin with 2026 use year.

PM with any questions

Is this a duplicate of your last post? If so, it would be better to update your last post with new details

It is a duplicate, however it now says REHOMED (moderator inserted?) in the title even though two contracts are still available. Didn’t think the original listing would get many looks with this. I understand what you mean though.

Excellent MF to point ratio on these two contracts and a good number of points to get started into or add to your RCI Points account. PM if interested.

Hello,

We will not be transferring the RCI account as we have two additional contracts that we are keeping that are enrolled in RCI Points.

Hi there, are these 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom units?

These are 1 bedroom units

Update: I will include the 49K points from 2025 use year for free ($475 value) after deed transfer is completed and recorded if BOTH of these are taken together. Offer good through the end of September. PM if interested. Thanks.

Would I need a separate RCI membership account or could this be rolled into an existing RCI membership?

I know that you would need an RCI Points membership account (as opposed to a Weeks account). I am sot sure how things work if you own points in another system (other than Grandview or other Daily Management Resorts) and would want to blend them by adding these points. Hopefully someone here on TUG can clarify that.

FYI- use year hasn’t “officially” started for the 2025 points. Begins on 10/1/25 through 9/30/26 so there would be plenty of time to use the 49K free points after transfer of ownership. PM me with any questions.

If you already have your RCI Points account it costs $98 to add additional points weeks to your existing Points Account. That's paid when you submit the RCI MTA form, Membership Transfer Application. You can find the form by signing in to your RCI Points account and looking for Fees and Forms. If you do already have a Points account make very sure you write your account number in a highly visible spot on the sales agreement and contract details forms.

If you don't already have a Points account, it's $222 or $224 to set up a new Points account. That includes the first year's membership fee.

I had to call LT Transfers recently and there's something new since the last time I transferred a Grandview week. Grandview now requires a waiver of right of first refusal form to be completed and signed. Grandview charges a $53 fee for that. I think she said it's taking Grandview 6-10 weeks to get that waiver back to them for the next step.

She also said Grandview is now requiring the 2026 maintenance fees to be pre-paid. It wasn't clear if that's now a requirement any time of the year or just after a certain point in the year because the entire transfer process might not be completed before the end of the year.

Would the RCI membership that I have with my Wyndham account be a RCI points or weeks account?

I wonder if my RCI account will disappear when Fairfield Bay goes away at the end of 2025 since it’s the only property we own with RCI right now.

It’s amazing timeshares with well less MF than Hilton trades so much better in RCI

Are you asking how you will access RCI if you add this Grandview units?
If not, please start your own thread. We should not hijack this thread offering free units.

Thank you.

You'd have to get a new RCI points account if you're interested in this Grandview points week. It's a different RCI account than your Wyndham RCI account.

If you don't accept the CWA points in exchange for your deed at Fairfield Bay and those are the only Wyndham points you have, then you'll no longer be a Wyndham owner. I'm not 100% sure, but I think you'll lose the Wyndham RCI account.

Thank you for you concern. My question was not intended to hijack the thread. I am asking how acquiring this free listing would interact with my current ownerships. It is a question that precedes me possibly offering to take one of these weeks.

My understanding is that is the purpose of the forums. To have conversation about the subject within the threads. Have a nice day.

Thanks for clarifying. The first part of post #17 answers your question on using this unit together with a corporate Wyndham account which is what you currently have.

You are correct that the purpose of this forum is to educate people on how to utilize timeshares. I have learnt a lot on these forums and I am using that knowledge to enhance my travel experiences. However, when a person list a timeshare for free it is usually best to keep questions or comments relevant to the unit being offered, or as in your case, how you can use the units offered with your current setup with Wyndham/RCI.
General questions on your ownership or something else not directly related to the unit is best accomplished by starting another thread.
