II Size Upgrade - request not working

I had a suspicion it was related to cookie settings, but didn't have time to confirm until now. With the help of ChatGPT, I was directed to the "Cookie Settings" (on bottom of webpage) to check my preferences. If you enable "Share or Sale of Personal Data" and refresh your page, the sliders will work.

This is another example of poor website design and QA (this has happened with prior releases). I disabled the setting again and refreshed my browser won't re-enable until I have to. If the screenshot below doesn't open up (it does on Safari, but not on Firefox), then you need to clear your cache.

There you have it. I normally do not allow cookies other than essential, but I did allow on this limited occasion when I moved to the iPad. Good sleuthing on the cookies @tomvc

Great work. Works as you describe here.

I've always allowed all cookies on the II website, so perhaps that is why I didn't have issues. Though the ad blocker does indeed make the slider non functional.

Another option could have been just to call II to place the request.
It occurred early Saturday morning (Atlantic time). I was busy all day, and they are closed on Sundays.

More significantly, some of us prefer not to spend 45 minutes on the phone.

Thanks for posting about it. I think we all learned a thing or two through this thread.
