Question about the Club Activation Fee

I am currently working on several purchases. Will I have to pay the Club Activation fee for each purchase, or will they bill me once?

2 are Kalia Suites EOY
1 is Kings Land

Correct, the activation fee is by interval deed. so OP, you are looking at 3 activation fees for your 2 Kalia and 1 Kings.

I know someone who bought a deed with 2 intervals on 1 deed; paid only 1 HGVC xfr fee but paid 2 HGVC activation fees (x 715) for each interval..
