However, I think that they have fixed up the backend. Normally, when you book a stay and if it is just the 1 available room, that availability will remain for a bit as a ghost availability but today, I had CS add a room to a walk and it was gone almost immediately. Maybe that will fix the ghost availability issue.
Interestingly, the app is working now. Normally, when I go to the Tools and then click one, I get the page not found message. Now they load with the new color theme.

@HuskerATL and I have noticed that HGVC resort inventory is now updated immediately when you make a change to or book a reservation. This should also eliminate ghost inventory.

So this fixes the 10-minute refresh?
ie: In the past, let's say I change a 7-night to a 3-night (to release points from certain buckets), I'd have to wait 10 minutes before the online system would show my "released" days and then rebook.
