Has anyone bought from Timeshares Only? What was your experience like? Cost of closing fees?

Timeshares Only is an upfront-fee advertising company. When you inquire about a listing on their site, a licensed agent from Fidelity Resales (same ownership group) will handle the transaction. They don’t require you to use a specific title company; instead, they’ll provide you with an approved list of options.

Many TUG users recommend LT Transfers, though I’m not certain if they’re included on Fidelity’s approved list (I would assume so, but can’t confirm). Another option I know is on their list—and one I’d personally recommend—is TRCS, Inc.

Thanks, Zachary. I got an email this morning from Fidelity, which threw me off until I figured the two companies must be related. Unfortunately, the unit I wanted is gone. I've used LT Transfers before.
