So now Interval has stepped up the annoying calls to a new level.

Automated call, every day (sometimes multiples). I finally answer the phone this time and ...
It's an automated message stating to call them back at the same # they are calling me from.

WTH

So I call and the reps are clueless. Well we don't know why they are calling. NO match to your OGS. Maybe they are wondering if you want a different resort/area (no, if I wanted a different resort/area I'd put that in the OGS).

I just told them to not bother me/call unless there's a match to my search. We'll see if that works. I doubt it.

If I have someone I don't like maybe I'll put down their phone # instead. haha

I am getting the same too. The automated system just calls. No particular reason.

Perhaps you should reach out to Mark about the issue?

Me three. I don’t have any OGS in place, so haven’t bothered calling back. I assume they want to sell me some sort of upgraded membership.

I had the same annoying calls that it was a automated message and when I called back they had a downgrade for my exchange or I should renew my membership without any savings from what the website offered. Stopped picking up after awhile. I got a call one day and decided to call them back and they actually had a sweet deal using an exchange bonus certificate-3 bedroom in Orlando for President's week. They didn't reach out to me by email so glad I called them back. They need to email or use a chat feature more to stop wasting our time on the phone.

That happened to me for about 4 months in a row. I called SEVERAL times.

The best they could do was stop them for the rest of THAT month.....when the Calendar changed, that started it all over again.

After repeated calls, I received a small perk for the nuisances.
......I paid for eplus on an exchange, and would receive something better using a better week, if/when they show up.
It's happened so far once (better exchange).....I hope it happens again by end of November.

I wanted DVC and II called me every day to offer Vacation Vills at FantasyWorld and "you need to act now"! Should I?

I got tired of the calls a long time ago, and they weren’t nearly as annoying as described in this thread. The number they have for me hasn’t been mine for a very long time. I feel for the person that number might be assigned to now.

Fortunately we rarely use II anymore. When I do it’s generally something relatively low level that’s an easy instant exchange.

How do you know these calls are from Interval? More likely they are from scammers.

They’re from interval. They’re an automated message telling you to call interval. It’s the real interval phone number they tell you to call.

We haven't been getting any call, unless they are coming from an II number that we don't have in our contacts. We block all numbers that aren't in our contacts and they go straight to voicemail. We've had no voicemails from them. We rarely do pending requests though.

I only get the calls when I have an OGS. Then they are nonstop. I’ve called back and it was clear that the person on the other line had no idea why i got the call. Sometimes it’s because they want to see if I want a Westgate Studio instead of the 1 bedroom DVC I’ve requested…

I believe it is having an OGS that triggers the calls. But the calls aren't made because of a particular issue or offer related to the OGS.
