HGVC resell access?

If you buy HGVC resell points lets say 8,000 do you get access to their exchange website dex (destination xchange) and the discounted cash rate stays Hilton offers themselves to fill in vacancies? Thank you for your help hgvc owners

If you buy resale from a HGVC property that is allowed to enroll in DEX, then yes. I think that is just Plantation, Bay Club, and Craig Lodges but there may be others.

When you buy HGVC resale, you get all the same ownership benefits as a retail purchase, which includes Open Season (cash), RCI, and ability to convert to HH. The only thing that you don't get is access to HGV Max which is a program that sits on top of your ownership.

Just to add to what @HuskerATL has already posted. Most HGVC properties don't have access to DEX. If you do purchase to trade in DEX, then you will also need to investigate the tier level.
