We've been disappointed the last couple times we've used USA Transfers. Their vans are getting older and somewhat dilapidated. We are going to Grand Palladium and The Westin Lagunamar next year and are starting to look into transportation options. Has anyone used other companies? Thoughts? We need a company that uses vans and we really don't like the VIP SUVs as my wife uses a mobile scooter and it got busted the last time we used USA Transfers when we had to lift it into the tall SUV.
