Neighbors remember Kula Lodge and Restaurant's tasty breakfasts, the cozy lodge setting and the generosity they showed after the 2023 wildfires. Kula Lodge's owners say the restaurant is a "complete loss."

We always stopped here on our way down from Haleakala. I feel so bad for their community.

Oh my! We were going to stop there later in the week. One of our favorite places to eat fish and chips. Sad.

So sad. I have fond memories of many nice late night dinners there on are way back down after a long day of adventures on Mt. Haleakala.

for those on island this week, Ululani’s and others are hosting a fundraiser for Kula Lodge Employees tomorrow, August 16 from 6-9 pm. Location: 50 Maui Lani Parkway, unit E1, Wailuku. 100% of proceeds to be donated to the Kula Lodge Restaurant Employees. Other participating locals include Velzyland Burgers and Maui Frozen.
