The American Heart Association has virtual training and travel sized medical kits available. The reason I posted this here is because of the new labeling on Mrna vaccines that include the safety information regarding myocarditis and pericarditis. We travel with a medical kit and I do plan on taking the course and upgrading our kit. Please do not post any Covid crap on this thread. Please consider taking the virtual course, the life you save might be your own.

Hey Bill, did you end up taking this virtual course, and if you did, would you recommend it?

According to the AHA website:

Heartsaver Virtual Training products are only available to AHA Training Centers and require a valid Security ID to purchase.

You need the mannequin kit to do the virtual training. I don't think this is something you do at home, but it isn't clear.

Also, myocarditis and pericarditis are not generally associated with acute onset heart attack. Except in extremely rare situations, a heart attack would only occur as a result of long term untreated myocarditis ignoring all of its symptoms (practically zero.) So it does not seem like CPR and AED training would in any way be related to the issues in this forum.
