Once we close on our week will it show in the MVC website? I know it will not impact status but I guess I am unsure about how it will show on the website? Thank you all for the info in the past!

It usually takes a few weeks for MVC to get it into your account. Just make sure that it is titled exactly like your other units if you already own others with Marriott. Otherwise they will set up a separate account.

Thank you I was told about he title info and I made sure it is that same. So once we close I will look for it on our account. Thank you!

It shows up like other weeks but instead of saying enrolled it was say "MVC Week Purchased after 06/20/2010"
We only have points right now. So will there be another tab or will just show on a dropdown?

On the owner site right before “use points” it says “use weeks”.
You can have a look at what’s there now while you wait.

I bought 2 resale weeks last summer for NCV. One was off of Redweek, the other was a private owner from TUG marketplace. Both took quite awhile to record but once that was completed they showed up my MVC account within a month. LT Transfers handled both transactions. They were extremely easy to deal with.

Congratulations on your NCV week! We have owned there for years ( and just had an offer accepted on a 2nd) and love it! How much did you end up getting yours for? Just curious if we'll pass ROFR with ours.

Check www.ROFR.net and you will see what is passing and not passing the ROFR process.

Think about becoming a TUG Member -- will be the best $15 you will ever spend.

$1999 for gold week. It is perfect for our travel plans!

I check the ROFR.net but I feel like not many people actually fill it out - unless, that is really how many people have purchased. We filled it out 5 years ago when we got our first resale week and I can still see us, not far down the list. I wish more people would use it! It would be a great tool for newcomers.

I would say that only an extremely tiny percentage of resale timeshare buyers even know about ROFR.net and fill it out. The site is privately run by TUG members, and really only a tiny percentage of timeshare owners know about or frequent TUG. Even amongst TUG users, only a fraction of their resale transactions are submitted to ROFR.net.

We own Platinum weeks but I am always tempted to grab a gold week too. Have you traveled there during the summer? Are gold weeks a lot less busy?
We own 2 platinum and 3 gold weeks at NCV. We’ve been going every year for 20 years. Gold during spring break is not as crowded as summer. Although, we used a gold week for week 22 this year and it was packed. We will not return that time of year again.
