I was Scammed out of $35,000.00 dollars for buying a Time Share under false pretenses.
They have several names they go under
Kovay - Innovate- Vallarta Gardens in Puerto Vallarta Mx. has anyone one ever been involved with any of these Timeshare companies. I’d love to hear how you handled this Fraud. Thank you

We attended their presentation years ago when they were selling the Towers and Marina bs. It will never be built, imo.

I think the scam is they sell pre-construction condos in a Tower over looking a new yet to be built Marina. They get the down payment and monthly payments then go out of business only to be bought out by another company name. The people that buy can use the old resort but have problems reserving the dates they want.

If you are still within 5 days of purchase, you can cancel and get your money back, no questios asked. If you are past the 5 days, then it is gets tricky. Claiming fraud and getting a successful credit card charge back may not necessarily end the nightmare if you are still planning on traveling to Mexico.
