Apparently that is not available for everyone. It has to be "randomly" assigned to your account before you can use it. Strange since I also have The Colonies.
Could be because I exchanged into Vidanta last year?
I am not sure I actually want Mayan Palace which is what this offer is limited to. The units higher up on the tier are so much better.

It does not surprise me that Vidanta / RCI is doing this promo. However [In my opinion] from a big picture view ;
Vidanta's Resort Fee Structure from June 15-2024 is likely to remain in place , as it appears to be based on their MF by brand and unit size

I recall a similar offer last year celebrating RCI & Vidanta's 50th birthdays , that was for all Mayan Palace locations and some other selected brand / locations.
Note : There are about 20 Mayan Palace buildings in Riviera Maya - compared to 1 MP building in Nuevo Vallarta + 2 at their Puerto Vallarta Marina location.
[ Acapulco -Mazatlan and Puerto Penasco also have Mayan Palace buildings. ]

@WorldT - Mayan Palace units are actually pretty decent in my opinion [as a MP owner]. Their biggest limitation for use is the kitchenette [ if you cook a lot ]
We have learned to cook on the 2 burner stove and maximize use of the large bar fridge by buying milk & juice in the full size tetra packs that all Mexican grocery store sell,

Yes, seems this is specific to:
1) RCI
2) Mayan Palace only

While I would hope this is a sign they will change their resort fees, I'm not so sure. Maybe they are testing the waters?

The conditions are basically RCI subscribers 1&2 pay $xx resort fee / Guests cost significantly more
[ and Vidanta owners are not allowed to exchange through RCI into Vidanta ]

Note : The resort fee structure is similar in cost to an owner MF / Usage Fee for the same size Vidanta unit & brand.
These deposits are developer weeks - so the resort fee is the primary income to Vidanta for your usage of the week via an exchange
