  • Frequency (every year? every other year?): Every year

  • Annual Maintenance fees: $1,888.70/year + $219 Club Dues
  • Date the annual maintenance fees are due each year (or indicate if paid monthly): January 1st
  • Date the NEXT maintenance fee bill is due: January 1, 2026

Try Resort Closings Inc. they have an attorney that reviews and they were less than half the cost of HIlton Grand Vacations Title when I checked a few years ago.
