We just recently stayed here in October. Beautiful weather and grounds. Staff very friendly. Unless you like just laying at the pool this place will bore you to death. Nothing else to do here. Unfortunately we bought a partial ownership a couple of years ago under the impression that they’d buy our timeshare from another hotel. That was a complete lie. We’ve since read this is one of their big lie sales pitches. Just turn on your timer then get up and say NO and walk out. Pay for your own cab back if needed

Do NOT go to this place especially for a presentation!!! They are awful! They had 5 “sharks” talk to us and try to convince us to buy, hard NO from us! The facility in Bucarias is under MAJOR construction, loud and staff SUPER unprofessional! At one point I asked the salesman “is this the staff break-room?”Staff sitting around laughing, eating, smoking.
Our 17 yo daughters were looking for us while we were speaking to the “sharks” they told them “your parents
left a long time ago” and laughed. As we were leaving an owner at the facility said “beware before you buy!” This was an awful experience, stay clear from this place!!!!! RUN!!!!!
The facility is not complete, under MAJOR construction, there was maybe two family’s there, BORING! Unless you want total isolation other than construction workers and sales sharks STAY AWAY!!!!

The rooms are beautiful and we really did like the resort. Unfortunately after choosing to cancel our contract for the "fractional ownership"/"timeshare" the interactions were threatening and uncalled for. We are thankful we were not staying here at the time of this negative exchange and that we did get our money back.

They use a travel company VIP Globe. Google it. They are scam artists that forged my name on a credit card receipt. We refused to sign a contract and immediately called our credit card company before a charge was even posted.

Thank you, your right on the scoring system! Does anyone have a US based address for Vallarta Gardens LLC? I just found out they own Occidental and American Fiesta brands?? MonsterRG.com is their first point of contact.

Has a US class action ever been started? There are so many people, I can't believe the US or Mexican Governments would let this go on this long. In a quick count between facebook and google, I pass 100 fast. At $20,000 each, that's a lot of pecos! VG's banks are in the US, seems like a wire fraud case.

En un conteo rápido entre facebook y google paso 100 rápido. ¡A 20.000 dólares cada uno, son muchos pecos! Los bancos de VG están en EE.UU., parece un caso de fraude electrónico.

Nosotros no preguntamos lo mismo estamos tratando de localizar a un buen número de clientes de vallarta gardens para poder iniciar una denuncia por estafa, nosotros tenemos 4 años tratando de cobrar nuestras semanas y no tenemos jamás respuestas, esperamos alguien quiera unirse porque por 20k no valdría la pena iniciar una demanda pero por 100 o 200 personas más estafadas seguro algún abogado estaría interesado

We went the Vallarta Gardens presentation years ago. They were selling pre-construction of two towers and a marina in front of the condos in back. It wasn't that interesting a presentation or that spectacular of a resort. What was built looked more like an old apartment complex than resort. Many of those that attended the presentation didn't get their incentive or a cab ride back. Our incentive was art work which we received before the presentation. We also left at 90 minutes because we had a car.
