I just completed an owners update in Branson. As I am a resale owner who likes to cruise the focus was getting me into plus partners in order to take advantage of 35K point cabins for Norwiegan Cruise line. Can anyone confirm for deny this "benefit" exists or caveats around it? Quote was 17k for 84,000 Wyndham points to start enjoying this "benefit".

thanks,
ba

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
There are no 35k cabins for norwiegan Cruises. I would expect a cheap 3 night cruise in the off season to cost minimum of 120,000 per person.
The 35k is using rci to get a discount off cruises. The discount is up to $1200 per cabin but that discount is usually off the $8000-$15,000 cabins. Expect a $50-300 discount per cabin for cabins less than $2000

Since you are a resale owner you know -
-that you can by an 84,000 point Wyndham contract on ebay for $1
and pay the $ 299 transfer fee to Wyndham (if not paid by seller).

That leaves you with $ 16,700 to spend on cruises .

All timeshares points are better used within the timeshare system, trading outside is generally NOT worth it. The only reason to do it, is your points are going to expire otherwise.
