Sorry for the newbie question regarding Mexico HGVC. I am still puzzled as to why we cannot book these online with HGVC, nor can we view availability. However I have resigned myself to having to call, which I have never done. I have booked RCI online, rather than call HGVC in the past.

I would like to try Fiesta Americana in Cabo or Cancun this year and am looking for the number. The HGVC web site only lists a number in Mexico for these resorts. Isn't there a domestic number?

The FA Cancun Villas (near the main FA resort) was online in the past.
They said that availability at Mexican properties was too spotty.
I think they just don't have the tech peep to connect with affiliates.

Call the main HGVC members' number. They're actually quite friendly.
... Even though they must get repetitive calls for affiliates everyday.

Interestingly, the FAVC owners can book HGVC units online in the FAVC online reservation system (except those in steerage can't book Valdoro and W 57th which require a higher level of membership). Maybe HGVC should just buy the FAVC system and let us all use that.

For the Fiesta Americana properties I would recomend Los Cabos, The one in Cancun although it is well located it has older facilities.
