I don't think you get the perks like the suite night certs unless you qualify via actual hotel stays similar to how it currently under SPG.

It does say "Annual Choice Benefit (including Suite Night Awards)" -- which would be quite misleading since the brochure is clearly targeted to owners and says nothing about a nightly stay requirement.
I did miss that line and I stand corrected.
