It doesn't mean anything significant as a word, just is a way to get a "new post in this thread." (Any word could do the same thing.) It gets the thread "bumped" back onto the list of active posts. Any new post renews a thread that may be getting buried by newer threads on the site.

It means you can reserve any week you want if it is available, when the reservation window opens. You would have an advance window to reserve your deeded weeks at your home resort.

The weeks listed above are the only weeks you may reserve. However, you are competing with other owners of your resort and same season for the best weeks. Therefore you must aim to reserve the week you desire at the earliest possible moment that it becomes available. Find out exactly when that is. Mark your calendar, and be ready to make your reservation when the system opens up.
